Products
Are returnable within the applicable return window if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Chennai Fresh.
If you report a problem along with your purchasable product, we may schedule a technician visit to your location.
Subject to Chennai Fresh Home Services Terms and Conditions, a resolution will be provided based on the technician's analysis report.
Return will be processed only if: it is determined that the merchandise was not damaged while in your possession; the product is not different from what was shipped to you; the product is returned in original condition (with the brand / manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
If you need to return a device that stores any personal data, please ensure that you have removed all such personal data from the device before returning. Chennai Fresh shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such data.
Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered, or incorrect product ordered.
Products are also eligible for replacement on the condition that the same seller has the exact same item available. If the replacement request is placed and the seller doesn't have the exact same product available, we'll give a refund.
Customer Service
Our responsibility enables us to work firmly together with each client. When you purchase an item or when we transport your order, the deal isn't finished — it is only finished when you are completely satisfied. We will provide you with the best-quality merchandise at the best possible price.
Payment Method
To manage payment methods: In Your Account, select Payment options. To add a payment method, select the relevant link under the payment method you want to add. To edit or remove a payment method, select the drop-down arrow beside the relevant payment method and choose Edit or Remove. You can also add a new credit/debit card while placing an order, on the Select a Payment Method page. These details will be saved to your account and will appear as a saved card when you place your next Chennai Fresh order.
Where possible, product detail pages filter offers that cannot be shipped to your delivery address. These restrictions are usually related to local/state laws and statutes, large or oddly shaped items, or platform policy.
To print an invoice
- Go to Your Orders.
- In the menu, select the appropriate dates.
- Scroll to find the order and select View Invoice. Press print this page for your records, or your browser's print button.
You don't need a packing slip to return an item. We do not include packing slips with single-box deliveries — this reduces your packaging waste. If you'd like an order receipt, you can print one from Your Account.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and call our Customer Care at +91 7401777786 or write an email to chennaifreshonline@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
