Our commitment to customers empowers us to work intently with each client. Our focus remains on the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not happy with our service, we have a 24-hour replacement policy similar to other marketplaces. Please go through all the conditions referred to on the product page before purchasing — it carries all the details concerning the service or product you buy.
If unhappy with our product quality, customers reserve the right to request replacement within 24 hours.

You can cancel your order by calling our Customer Support helpline on 7401777786. We require at least a 1-day cancellation notice before shipping an item.
Returns Policy
How does the return work?
We offer 24-hour replacement of all purchased items without asking for any explanation.
We usually deliver within 2–3 working days of receipt of the order. All delivery times for specific items are listed on the item page and the shopping bag page. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
For replacement, you need to reach us within 24 hours from the delivery date.
When will my order be delivered?
After placing the order, we usually deliver within 2–3 working days. If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we consider the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery period.
If you find any manufacturing defect, you can return the items to us within 24 hours of receipt and we will provide a replacement after checking the items. The replacement request will be cancelled by us in case of three failed reverse-pickup attempts, or if fourteen days have passed after pickup was first initiated.
Some additional guidelines
- Within the initial 24 hours of receipt, we will accept all returns — but not those that have been damaged by the customers themselves apart from normal use.
- Please ensure that you pack items safely and securely to avoid any loss or damage in transit, with all original packaging (labels etc.). For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and arrange replacement as long as the returned item is in the same condition.
- You can notify us within 7 days of receipt of the package by writing to chennaifreshonline@gmail.com. Please ensure the items are securely packed and handed over to our pickup person.
- We will not refund the shipping charges.
What can I return?
- Any items ordered from Chennai Fresh can be returned within 24 hours of delivery to receive a replacement. Any items with manufacturing defects can be returned within 24 hours of delivery and will be exchanged after we have received them in our warehouse. Items intended for return should be sent back with original packaging intact and original tags as used when you received them.
- Try to avoid any product damage during the trial stage to ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality team.
How do I return items to Chennai Fresh?
It is a simple 2-step process:
- Write to us at Chennai Fresh with your registered email ID, your order ID and registered phone number if you need our customer-care team to help you.
- Send us a picture of all damaged/broken goods to chennaifreshonline@gmail.com.
Notes
- If you have chosen for Chennai Fresh to arrange the pickup of returns, our logistics team will schedule the pickup within 48–72 hours of the pickup request. Please confirm that you will be available with the shipment before handing it over to the pickup team.
- If your pincode isn't covered by our pickup service, you may need to self-ship the return. All returned items go through inspection before we deliver the replacement.
- Please keep your delivery receipt. If you are self-shipping returns to us, update the details through customer care on 6382175141 or email us the tracking details on chennaifreshonline@gmail.com so we can track delivery. During self-shipping, if items are damaged we won't be liable for items damaged.
- The shipping charge is non-refundable.
Where do I send my return?
In cases of both pickup and self-shipment, please ensure that your address is printed/written on your return package along with the Chennai Fresh order #. Please also include the original receipt as proof of purchase with the return.

How long will the process take?
Based on your location, the process may take up to 15 days. It depends on the courier service. Once received, we will initiate the replacement after it passes our inspection process, which may take 48 hours. In the meantime, we will keep you informed about the replacement process by sending email notifications about the status of the return.
Any charge for returning products?
We provide one free reverse shipment. We also don't charge for any pickup or services arranged by us. If your pincode isn't in our pickup service or you don't want to wait for pickup, you can always ship items to us at our “Return Desk”.
Can I request delivery outside India?
Currently, Chennai Fresh only delivers within India.
General rules for a successful return
- In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason, a refund will be given.
- During open-box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or damaged product, you will be given a refund (on-the-spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open-box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.
- For any product-related issues, the items will be checked by authorized service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/defective part of the product.
Wrong delivery
In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 24 hours from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.
During pick-up, the product will be checked for the following

| Undamaged Product | The product (including chicken, mutton, combo packs, fish, etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. |
| Undamaged Packaging | The product's original packaging / box should be undamaged. |
The field executive will refuse to accept a return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by Chennai Fresh.
